Bookings

The provider sets prices, availability, deposits, cancellations and refunds. A booking request is not confirmation until the provider accepts it and any required deposit is recorded or verified.

Payments

Online checkout is processed by the provider’s payment gateway. Ulo Studio verifies payments server-side; a return URL alone is not proof of payment.

Acceptable use

Providers must use the workspace lawfully, protect client data, and honour consent choices.

Subscriptions

Ulo Studio plans (Solo, Studio) are billed separately from client appointment payments when billing is enabled for your workspace.

Before production use

Final terms must cover contracting parties, fees, dispute resolution, termination, and provider responsibilities. This draft is not legal advice.
