What we hold

Appointment details, contact information, consent choices, payment records, and messages you exchange with your provider through Ulo Studio.

Your choices

Marketing and photo permissions are separate. You can change marketing consent with your provider or through your private appointment link.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of personal data associated with your appointments. Providers must verify your identity before exporting or deleting records. Some financial and audit records may need to be retained where law requires.

Platform contact

Before production use, this policy must name the provider, Ulo Studio operator, subprocessors (including Resend and Cloudinary), retention periods, and the process for exercising data rights.
